Trade Shows, Sales Calls and Sales missions are an important tool to a property. At "Hotels in the Best Destinations" we know it is important to build a strong relationship with the customer. Therefore we attend many different trade shows that target a variety of the leisure markets. These shows and sales missions include Domestic, International, the consumer direct and the Trade.

Some of these shows are done through property coops, and Convention Visitor Bureaus. These shows include Pow Wow, NTA, ITB, and World Travel Market. In addition we target consumer shows in California, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Canada and Texas.

On a bi-yearly basis, we make direct calls to clients in the major markets, that in include Orlando, New York, Miami, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Clients include AAA offices, Tour Operators and 3rd party vendors.

Reservations Center Property Presentations:
Let us handle all details and professionally present your property to the reservations center to maximize the reservations system's value to your property and your owners. This will include a complete comprehensive review of the property's positioning in the reservations system based on input by the reservations agents as well as our analysis of property reports provided by the reservations center.

Brand Conversion:
We will provide consulting and support to ensure your property's transition to a new flag is smooth and effective. This includes interfacing with property franchise staff to ensure all necessary requirements are met. We will assist with facility design and renovation, repositioning of the property's operational, sales and marketing efforts to include pre-opening training to allow a seamless and successful franchise transition.
